We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to public transportation and various shops and restaurants. Additionally, the room was clean and the facilities were top-notch. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Conveniently located near public transportation and shopping options, this hotel provided an excellent base for our Christmas vacation. The friendly staff were always happy to help us, even in our limited Korean, and we appreciated the G-friendly electrical outlets and charging ports in our room. Best of all, the Nespresso machine made it easy to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee each morning before we ventured out to explore.

While we had a generally positive experience at this hotel, there were a few downsides that detracted from our stay. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the tub in our room. It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in some time, and there was visible dirt and hair in and around the drain. Additionally, while there were some hangers provided, we could have used a few more to make organizing our things easier. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it to budget-conscious travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. The room size is impressive, and a few staff members were helpful and able to speak English. The hotel is also close to the airport, and it is easy to find a cab.

We found a cockroach in our room, which made us uncomfortable and anxious throughout the night. Although we called the hotel staff to help us, they merely sprayed the insecticide and left the dead body on the floor, which was unpleasant.

The location was great, with many shopping and dining options nearby. the staff were helpful and accommodating, even assisting us with reserving taxis. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with charging ports and a Nespresso machine. We felt at ease knowing we could purchase groceries at the Emart nearby.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the tub. Despite this, we would still recommend this hotel to families visiting the area.
